Founder and President, My Hospitality Sales Pro

Christine Ronning founded My Hospitality Sales Pro and My Crew Connect, LLC, in 2007 after a successful career as a seasoned Sales and Marketing Professional representing several industry leading brands, including Hilton, Starwood, IHG, Marriott, La Quinta, Choice and Carlson. Ronning’s vision behind My Hospitality Sales Pro was to offer Owners and Managing Partners proven solutions, specializing in the sales and marketing efforts for new openings and re-openings, leadership, sales training, in-depth market research, trade show representation and direct selling providing immediate return on investment. My Hospitality Sales Pro and My Crew Connect, LLC, offer a culmination of proven sales and marketing principals, long range vision and strategy to position clients at a clear advantage over their competition resulting in increased revenues and improved profits.

Ronning has extensive experience selling multiple brands ranging from select to full-service hotels. She has designed a proven, customized training program and offers the ability to mentor and coach high level sales professionals in the achievement of successfully exceeding sales goals. She has recruited a professional and passionate team of Hotel Sales Pros offering aggressive sales & marketing efforts, No “FEAR“ Sales Training with hands on market approach uncovering target accounts and developing action plans, on-going sales leadership and direct selling including telemarketing and opportunity research, brand selling and compelling business case building for RFP’s and Revenue Management.

Prior to the development of My Hospitality Sales Pro, Ronning proved that no goal was too aggressive.

  • Lodgian, Inc. representing a Regional Sales Team of 11 Marriott brand properties increased ADR by 35%
  • LQ Management, LLC. representing a Regional Sales Team and over 50 properties, increased revenues by 250% over three years

Keith Ronning
President Operations, My Hospitality Sales Pro

Keith Ronning successfully partnered in the establishment of My Hospitality Sales Pro, My Crew Connect and INNtelligent CRM.   As President of Operations / Finance and Accounting sharing over 25 years of experience in Executive Level Management, to include: strategic program management, recruitment/training/employee development, finance, resource and budget forecasting, organizational development and employee relations.  Ronning is highly proficient in developing and implementing innovative recruitment and retention strategies, developing employee policies and procedures, performance management and organizational effectiveness.

 

Prior to joining My Hospitality Sales Pro, Ronning’s career started in direct business sales evolving into leadership roles in operations and human resources.  He served as a Senior Recruiter for Houston based Dynegy, a fortune 500 – industry leader in residential, commercial, municipal and industrial energy generation.  Following that position, his entrepreneurial spirit led him to successfully own and operate C & K Associates as an independent executive recruiter.

 

Ronning ensures and improves the performance and efficiency of the MHSP collection of companies and oversees the implementation of strategic goals, building long lasting and successful partnerships with our valued clients all across the country.

Kari Williamson
Vice President of Sales, My Hospitality Sales Pro

Kari Williamson is Vice President of Sales for My Hospitality Sales Pro. She offers over 20 years of hospitality sales and marketing experience with distinguished achievements leading national and regional business development initiatives and generating strong revenue growth.

Williamson joins My Hospitality Sales Pro from LQ Management, LLC, where she most recently served as a National Sales Manager, successfully managing the Travel Management Companies, Consortia partnerships, Government Transient and Leisure Programs for over 750 hotels. She is a top performer who consistently exceeded sales goals and forecasts. Williamson is a polished presenter and astute negotiator able to forge mutually beneficial relationships with strategic partners.

Williamson began her career in 1991 at a John Q. Hammons convention hotel in operations. Within two years, she was promoted into the Sales department working as the Associate Director of Catering. She found a passion for the Sales and Marketing side of the industry and advanced her career with various industry leaders, including Intercontinental Hotels Group, Starwood, Radisson, Choice and La Quinta to name a few. Her experience and professionalism, result in fast and customized solutions to meet and exceed her clients needs.

Marie Felsch

Christy Hershberger joins My Hospitality Sales Pro and My Crew Connect, LLC, offering an extensive diversified career in sales. Hershberger’s passion for the pursuit of new business is evident as she excels in canvassing new markets. One of our lead task force professionals, Hershberger has a knack for direct outside sales resulting in new business and incremental revenue.

 

Hershberger has worked with multiple brands including, Wingate by Wyndham, various flags by Choice Hotels International, Hampton, La Quinta Inns & Suites and Holiday Inn Express to name a few. Specializing in Corporate Transient business opportunities, Hershberger has extensive experience building strong business cases and strong relationships with decision makers as well as brand global sales representatives.

Jaynie Zapata joins My Hospitality Sales Pro and My crew Connect, LLC, continuing her successful 15+ year career in Hospitality Sales. Zapata has worked with such brands as Hyatt, Marriott, IHG and LaQuinta. Her background spans from a national level account management and development of a brand level Foreign individual Travel program to site specific hotel account management and retention. She has as in depth knowledge of limited service lodging. Zapata consistently exceeds outlined revenue goals with expertise in the development of new business and the expansion of existing business.

Zapata quickly rose through the ranks at LQ Management LLC from a single property Director of Sales to a Regional position spanning over 5 properties to a National Account Manager focused on increasing sales 50% while positioning a hotel brand with no international presence through effective marketing and operational support systems. Zapata’s experience in task force management makes her a well­‐rounded addition to our team of hospitality professionals. Rita Beemer joins My Hospitality Sales Pro and My Crew Connect, LLC, continuing her successful career in Hospitality Sales and Operations/Revenue Management. Beemer has worked with such brands as Courtyard by Marriott in varying positions from Front Office Manager to Assistant General Manager/Director of Sales and La Quinta Inns & Suites as a General Manager who was very active in sales. Beemer has an in depth knowledge of limited service lodging. She has been recognized by the Oklahoma City Convention and Visitors Bureau as “Oklahoma’s Hospitality Manager of the Year”. Beemer was also recognized in a previous sales role as “Sales Person of the Year”.

Joy Reese

Joy Pratka Reese joins My Hospitality Sales Pro and My Crew Connect, LLC,  continuing her successful career in Hospitality Sales.  Reese has an entrepreneurial spirit, spanning 25+ years of experience in hotel sales, task-force sales and hospitality sales coaching and leadership.  She has worked for industry leading brands including Marriott, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Hilton and several small luxury properties.

 

Reese understands fluctuating market trends and possesses the skills needed to drive revenues in our constantly changing industry.  Her background in leadership and customer relationship management enhance our synergistic sales philosophy at My Hospitality Sales Pro.

 

Reese began her career after graduating from the University of Houston Clear Lake as a Sales Manager,  advancing within a year to a Regional Sales Manager selling for 8 properties of various flags.  As her career progressed, Reese found hotel sales to be her forte, as she rose through the ranks with Bristol Hotels. As an  Area Director of Sales, she mentored other Directors of sales through weekly one on ones, training new Sales & Catering Managers for the company and developing  annual marketing plans for multiple properties.  Reese consistently exceeded revenue goals and was awarded Bristol’s coveted Top Gun Award consecutively for every eligible year.  Reese brings experience, passion and leadership to the MHSP team.

Alexis “Lexi” Sheets joins My Hospitality Sales Pro and My Crew Connect, LLC following an evolving career in overall customer service.  Sheets began her career in the banking industry while attending the University of Texas at Dallas.  She was regularly recognized for exceeding sales targets and offering exemplary customer service.  After relocating from the Dallas area to Houston, she joined CostCo as an Outside Marketing Specialist soliciting new corporate accounts prior to the opening of the Sugarland, TX location.

 

Pursuing personal and professional growth, Sheets accepted a position as a Hotel Director of Sales, successfully developing a new client base. Her impeccable organization skills, ability to find new business and enthusiasm for customer service make her a perfect fit for My Hospitality Sales Pro.
