Christine – CEO / President
Christine successfully established My Hospitality Sales Pro in 2006 with a vision to help hotel owners and management companies achieve their top line sales revenue goals. Having the right passionate team of Sales Professionals and providing customized solutions for direct business to business base business of group, brand and local corporate revenues, a main key to any hotel achieving their revenue goals.
When not focused on hotel success, Christine is enjoying her family, traveling or scuba diving in the Caribbean!

Keith – CFO / Business Operations
Keith helped champion the establishment of My Hospitality Sales Pro and brings over 25 years of Executive Level Finance, HR and Business Management. Keith helps to lead MHSP’s team of Sales Professionals, providing processes, goals, solutions, and the tools for their success, ensuring our clients success!
You can find Keith relaxing with his family, enjoying the water and a nice cold one!

Kari – Regional Director of Sales
Kari brings 28 years of business to business sales and is the creative backbone for MHSP. Her knowledge in multiple brands like IHG, Wyndham, Hilton, Marriott and Choice make her a great mentor & leader providing expertise on how to leverage the brands account relationships and bringing it down to property level for the key to top line revenue with direct relations.
Kari loves anything artistic including music and photography!

Christy – Regional Director of Sales
Christy loves to close the deal! She works passionately to achieve hotel revenue goals and is aggressive with her hunt for new revenue opportunity. Since 2010 Christy has worked with brands like Marriott, IHG, Wyndham and Choice. She will pro actively work to uncover all revenue, digs for the facts for qualification and works diligently to close the deal!
Christy loves her fur babies, hanging out with her kids and grandbabies and rebooting with exciting travel adventures!

Joy – Regional Director of Sales
Joy is all about building lasting successful relationships with local client opportunities for her hotels. With over 20 plus years in the hotel industry with IHG, Wynhdam, Marriott, Hilton, Choice and Luxury Boutiques she knows the importance of helping hotels stand out against their competition. Working with the front line of sales to help identify new opportunities and ensure the hotel shifts share from their competitors.
You can find Joy hanging out with her husband traveling, dancing, listening to live music or fishing & crabbing for a delicious dinner.

Lexi – Area Sales Manager
Lexi brings over 4 years of direct backyard hotel sales and enjoyes the constant challenge of a rapidly changing industry! Lexi knows how to tap into the right sources to find that gold sales opportunity to bring more top end revenues for her hotels. Lexi is an IHG and La Quinta Sales Certified Manager, experience in brands with Wyndham, Choice, IHG and Extended Stay hotels.
Lexi is all about the outdoors camping, hiking, visiting state parks with her husband and furry babies!

Donna – Regional Director of Sales
Donna Volkerding, joins My Hospitality Sales Pro with over 25 years of hospitality industry experience. She has had the privilege of being part of and leading many Dynamic Sales Teams and has worked with multiple brands to include Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Choice hotels, independent and more, including some 4 & 5 Diamond Hotels.
Donna has learned over the years that building relationships and communication are a vital part of successful sales. She starts by knowing the hotel’s immediate backyard and making sure the market drivers know the hotel, helping to build awareness and demand. Donna communicates with everyone involved from operations to brand global sales to help ensure a winning guest experience. Researching the competitors and knowing who is traveling in the market is what will make the hotel a winner in the market and Donna loves being a winner!

Brandi – Regional Director of Sales
Brandi doesn’t know a stranger! She loves people and is all about building and nurturing lasting relationships with her clients.
She loves giving a level of service that they will not find anywhere else!! She treats you just like family!
She’s passionate and a go getter!! Brandi loves to win!!
With 12 years in the hotel industry with IHG, La Quinta, Marriott, and Choice. She knows how important it is for her hotels to stand out against their competition.
Brandi believes in leading by example and the fact that she has worn many hats in the hotel Industry makes her an asset to any team!
Brandi loves her pets just like family, you can find her relaxing with them on the couch with a margarita in hand!!

Carrie – Regional Director of Sales
Carrie Jennings brings 25 years of experience in Hotel Sales & Marketing! A proud Magna Cum Laude graduate of The University of Houston – Hilton College of Hotel & Restaurant Management. Carrie worked through college at the front desk of a large full-service Wyndham hotel to help ensure her a successful career in the hotel industry. Her experience in hotel operations helped her understand the importance of sales and revenue growth to a hotel’s overall success. Carrie has worked and represented hotels across the US including Independent luxury boutiques and resorts, to focus service and economy brand hotels. Bringing her knowledge and experience with brands like IHG, Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, La Quinta, Wyndham, Choice hotels, and G6. Carrie credits her success to her attention to detail and easy ability to build rapport with clients and hotel teams. Her passion is helping and serving others! Carrie enjoys playing tennis and watching her teenage sons play! On the weekends you can find Carrie on the lake with her husband or enjoying a cocktail by the pool!

Melissa – Regional Director of Sales
Melissa Byrd brings over 12 years of experience in both Hotel Operations and Hotel Sales & Marketing! Melissa is a relationship builder that always does her research first, making sure she understands her client’s business and ensure a strong foundation of trust with all her clients. She has a strong background and is certified with both Hilton and Wyndham and has worked with Choice, IHG and independent properties, Melissa is also an expert in extended stay business for hotels. Melissa’s background as General Manager has helped her understand the importance of sales and revenue growth for the entire hotel team and it has built her knowledge overall in the hotel industry. Melissa loves to spend time with her husband and daughter and in her spare time can be found at JoAnns or Hobby Lobby gathering creative supplies for her next fun project with her daughter!
